Please consider these to be a rough idea of the general implementation of them. They will likely change as the nature of the site changes. I will note any additions specifically when they are made. I may in future depending on whether it goes well, use github for a change log of sorts, so users can see whats going on.
This is mainly to appease the API gods.
### Terms of Service
You are not required to police yourself to the point of walking on eggshells, but you are required to try to fit in with others here.
Do not post any gore or overtly sexual content, there are plenty of other sites for that.
Flagrant abuse of the rules or nature of the forum is an instant ban.
Politics within individual tags is allowed, so long as it is relevant to the tag, even then, please refrain from inserting it into the threads constantly, or start a new thread on the specific issue.
### Privacy Policy
Your email may be used by me as a means of contacting you regarding the site, ie password issues, account issues etc.
Otherwise I will not use the email for non-forum related things, and
In the event of a data breach I will reach out to any affected users as soon as I am aware. If made aware I will react withing 48 hours (I work full time so i cant guarantee a 'to the minute' response)
You are ultimately your best privacy advocate, try not to try too much IRL stuff to your accounts, here or otherwise.
#### TL;DR
Try to keep posts within the style of the existing users. Do not gore post or be overly antagonistic to the point of disrupting the site.
I will do my best as a single person to make sure your data is secure, any users over 2 years of inactivity will be deleted, although I shall try to reach out beforehand.
